XXX mice were purchased from  XXX and housed in Animal Core Facility of ShanghaiTech Univercity. The mice were maintained specific-pathogen free  conditions with a 12/12-hour light/dark cycle, 22-26℃，40-70% relative humidity ，below 60 decibels and with food and water ad libitum. The animal experiments reported in this study were conducted in accordance with the guidelines for the Care and Use of Experimental Animals at ShanghaiTech University, which were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of ShanghaiTech University.
